Revised Realty Transfer & GIT/REP Forms

The Division of Taxation updated the RTF & GIT/REP forms to include references to civil union couples. The new forms are now availabe from the Division's website or from our RTF forms website. The revised forms bear the date "2/07" in the upper right corner of each form. Attached are the new forms and copy of the memorandum from the Division of Taxation to County Clerks.

Please also note that the RTF-1 now also requires the last 3 digits of the grantor's social security number to be disclosed.
